Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
CAUTION
Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.

Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.
How to use Cardace AM Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet works
Cardace AM 2.5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and ramipril which lower blood pressure effectively. It works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.
Common Nausea, Altered taste, Indigestion, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Weakness, Headache, Dizziness, Cough, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Numbness of extremity, Edema, Decreased blood pressure, Increased potassium level in blood.
